Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable food products, we follow a limited refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Subscription Changes

  • Subscriptions can be paused or modified as per available options.
  • Advance notice is required for changes to take effect.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The product is damaged at delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • There is a verified quality issue reported immediately

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Improper storage by the customer
  • Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable
