Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable food products, we follow a limited refund policy.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Subscription Changes
- Subscriptions can be paused or modified as per available options.
- Advance notice is required for changes to take effect.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The product is damaged at delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- There is a verified quality issue reported immediately
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Improper storage by the customer
- Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable
